Essex Way Relay + Colne Engaine 5 Mile Results

Trevor Smith Memorial Shield
A huge congratulations to Nicole Smith on winning the 'Trevor Smith Memorial Shield' for her outstanding performance in this years Summer Handicap Series. Weekend Success for Karl
On Friday night Karl Hillman and Treena Harrington travelled to Ipswich for the Twilight 10K. The race is held on closed roads and goes through the city centre attracting around 1500 runners. Halstead's Mel Candler and Simon Cook took on the prestigious London Triathlon on Sunday. The event attracts over 13,000 athletes including many elite.
