Our Marathon has been generously supported over the last 24 years. Our aim has been to ensure many local charities benefit from the race. Monies donated to our chosen charities has totalled over £91,500 to date. Many thanks for your continued support. This year promises to be bigger & better- a bulging goodie bag awaits!
Have you run a race this weekend? If so, don’t forget to send your results before 18:00 on a Sunday evening to our press lady, Nicole Smith who will write a report and get it published. Come on, don’t be shy! Email [email protected]
Don’t be seen without your club colours. The club has vests, tees and long sleeved shirts available with logo in our visually outstanding yellow. Kit is available from Andy Carter – most club nights. Very reasonable prices!
We are a very friendly club who welcome anyone no matter what your age or ability. We have a very mixed membership of abilities from marathon runners to Mr & Mrs Average who want to keep fit, shed a few pounds while making new friends in the progress. Running is a great form of exercise and you will love the freedom of the open roads and countryside while running with friends.
