The Essex Seniors Cross Country Championships took place on Saturday at Notley Country Park. It was another cross country double header this weekend with the second of the Essex League fixtures at Hockley. The inaugural Snetterton Half Marathon took place today at the Snetterton Race Circuit in Norwich. The course used a 7km circuit and consisted of 3 laps.
