Mike Grealy took part in the Great Cornard Park run again this week and repeated his performance of coming first in his age group in 0:22:28.

John Warne travelled to Bournmouth for the half marathon and completed it in 2:15:00.

Andy Wilmot has been running double marathons at Barrow this weekend again and did Saturday in 4:46:00 and Sunday in 5:12:00.

A few Team members ran the Southend 10k on Sunday. The rain held off for the race but there was a fairly strong headwind on the run back down the seafront.

Halstead Road Runners were out in force at The Gosfield Gauntlet half and full marathon on Sunday in wet, muddy conditions, organising, marshalling and running. The event was run for the second year by Halstead Road Runners and was well received again by all who ran it.
