A Weekend of PB’s

Halstead Road Runners fielded a Men’s and Women’s Team for the first race in the Ellisons Solicitors Cross Country League on Sunday at their home race in Gosfield. Conditions were extremely muddy. The Men’s Team came in first place and the Women’s Team came in fourth place.

Tony Rivers ran the Great Cornard Park run in 0:32:32 on Saturday.

There were several Halstead Road Runners taking part in marathons on Sunday.

Chelmsford Marathon

Rachel Roughan in a time of 3:33:10 came in as 9th female.

Ray Sharman 3:35:00 which was a PB.

A few had travelled to York for the Yorkshire Marathon and the 10 mile race that runs alongside it.
