It was the final fixture in the Essex Cross Country League at Basildon Sporting Village. The Road Runners were going into the fixture knowing the men were guaranteed promotion to Division 1 and with the ladies still in with a fighting chance. Monday Night Trail Run (3rd December 2018)

Big Bob will be taking a group out this evening (3rd December 2018) for a trail run. If you would like to join, meet at clubhouse for a 7pm departure like normal but please remember to bring a head torch, trail shoes and the usual high viz. Distance currently unknown but presume it will be between 6-9 miles (ish).
