ESSEX XC LEAGUE

The penultimate round of the Essex Cross Country League took place at Hilly Fields, Colchester on Saturday. MALAGA MARATHON

The Málaga Marathon delivered a fast, scenic city race along the Mediterranean, with a largely flat course through the historic center and seafront. Race conditions were ideal. Well done to Simon Miller, for proudly representing HRR. He completed his 20th marathon in a brilliant 4:10. A fantastic achievement and a great day of running in the Costa del Sol sunshine.

ESSEX VETS CROSS COUNTRY

The Essex Veterans Cross Country Champs took place in Epping Forest close to Chingford. There were three races, all using the same two lap course which measured 4.9 miles. CROSS COUNTRY 25/26: BRENTWOOD

Sunday November 16th saw 20 Halstead Road Runners tackle a new XC course hosted by Springfield Striders at the Wild Forest Outdoor Activity Centre, Brentwood.
