Berlin Beers for Champ Chairman

The Autumn sunshine made for warm conditions for runners this weekend. A large number of Road Runners were at the Springfield Striders Pleshey Half Marathon which once again played host to the Essex Half Marathon Championships. Axel Aces it Again!

Doughnut!

The Langham 10km is organised by the Friends Of Langham School (FOLS), a charitable organisation. The route winds through picturesque Constable countryside and attracts around 500 runners. Bumper Weekend

The big team event, and one of the highlights for Essex running clubs, is the annual Essex Way Relay starting in Epping and finishing 81 miles later in Harwich. SVP100

Ian Chandler took on the SVP100 on Saturday. The Stour Valley Path (SVP) is a 100km (62 mile) long footpath starting in Newmarket in Suffolk and ending near Manningtree in Essex.
