Sunday was a perfect day for racing. Gavin Allen and Gary Freear took advantage at Chelmsford 10k with Gavin finishing 2nd in the Vets Category, 8th place overall in 0:34:49 and Gary getting a PB of 0:38:15.
Steve Metson ran in the Hadleigh 5 in a time of 0:40:46.
Emma Healy and Victoria Metson ran the Hadleigh 10 and finished in 1:26:09 which was a 4 minute improvement on their time from last year.
