21st Halstead Marathon a Huge Success

Sundays glorious weather was fitting for the 21st running of the Halstead & Essex Marathon. This award winning event is solely organised by members of Halstead Road Runners, with the majority of proceedings being donated to local charities.
Starting and finishing at Halstead Leisure centre, the course takes in the beautiful North Essex villages of Colne Engaine, Pebmarsh and Alphamstone. 500 runners completed this award winning and popular event, which continues to improve year on year.
