Lisa Clark ran the Norwich half marathon this weekend in a time of 1:53:52 in very heavy rain. Her time was close to her PB so she was pleased with the run considering the conditions.
Mathew Hutley completed the Great Notley Duathlon which consisted of a 4k run, a 20k bike and then another 4k run.

Run 2: 15:02
Mat came 20th.
A few Team members took part in the Centenary circle 20 which was a Company of Runners trail run.
Rob Frost did 3:12 and finished in 11th position
Sandi Robinson-Miller did 3:31
John Warne completed it in 4:42:43
