JUNIOR CROSS COUNTRY!!!
Never mind the big road runners….!!Halstead had 4 juniors out on the Hadleigh Hares XC course on Sunday..!
Braving the wind, rain and hills Martha May came in 10th place for the girls. Running for the boys we had Toby Metson in 31st place, Sam May in 41st and Jacob Root in 43rd.

The season is now finished and we have some end of season results. A big thanks and well done to all juniors who took part this year. It would be great to build on this for next season and to try and get some full teams out – we need girls especially!

A great effort by those four who are all running a year or two under their age group. Looks promising for future seasons and hopefully some podium places to come.
