At the start of the NESS league race on Sunday, Halstead girls were placing 4th out of 11 teams and the boys 5th. Halstead junior team combined were  placing 4th overall. A superb result so far from our juniors, especially when up against some much larger teams. Sunday’s race went a little bit wrong when some children in the mid section of runners lifted some tape and went a different direction to what they should have. Regardless of this HRR juniors all ran brilliantly in some very sticky, muddy conditions. We await the decision as to what will happen to the results of this race. Once again the juniors made us proud!
