Bec Gilroy, Sam Hillyard, Sam Wolton, Sarah Waddington, Mandy Humm, Noush Springett, Penny Clarke and Maryann Sycamore all made the trip to take part. They had a fantastic time and took on a unique challenge with a fun twist.
HELSINKI
Making the most of his trip to Helsinki, Perry James fitted in two runs on Saturday. First up was the Tokoinranta parkrun, an out and back trail course around two lakes. Taking it easy, Perry finished in 28:30.
Later in the day was the Helsinki 10k, starting at the Cathedral, the course went through the city centre and along the coastline. Perry was pleased to finish in 44:32.
Well done all!
