Essex Trail Events put on a 7 mile trail run on Sunday called ‘Another one bites the dust’. Several Halstead Road Runners took on the trail event which was an extremely muddy affair.
Gary Freear came in 3rd place in a time of 0:55:02.
Neil Poulter came in 13th place in 1:03:32 closely followed by Andy Carter in 1:05:33.
Sam Wolton did it in 1:10:27.
Anna Bambridge, Rachael Roughan and Wendy Carter ran together in a time of 1:17:25.
Sandi Robinson-Miller returned to running after a couple of months break completing it in 1:19:35.
