ESSEX CHAMPS TO ULTRA
The weekend saw 14 roadrunners taking on challenges of varying lengths. COLCHESTER FRIDAY NIGHT 5K Friday night bought us a 5k race at Northern Gateway in Colchester. Take a bow Joe Slee! Winner of the handicap series, beating last years time by a huge margin and also recording the fastest overall time. Fantastic running from Bec Gilroy, who took 2nd place and Jenny Smith 3rd place.
OUTLAW TRIATHLON
Triathlons are not for the faint hearted and always up for a challenge, HRR’s Neil Addington took on Outlaw Nottingham on Sunday, an award-winning long-distance triathlon event. PARKRUN MILESTONE

Another busy weekend for HRR. HIGH EASTER 10k HRR had 11 roadrunners at High Easter on Sunday.
