SOUTH DOWNS WAY 100

Nathan Roulson took on yet another epic challenge this weekend. The SDW100 is a 100 mile non stop race taking in the entire South Downs way national trail. WINDSOR SPRINT TRIATHLON Hayley Lamkin took on the Windsor sprint triathlon on Sunday. Starting with a swim in the River Thames, triathletes then rode a bike route that headed through the streets of Windsor, passed Windsor Castle, and then out into the surrounding countryside.
