The penultimate round of the Essex Cross Country League took place at Hilly Fields, Colchester on Saturday. The Málaga Marathon delivered a fast, scenic city race along the Mediterranean, with a largely flat course through the historic center and seafront. Race conditions were ideal. Well done to Simon Miller, for proudly representing HRR. He completed his 20th marathon in a brilliant 4:10. A fantastic achievement and a great day of running in the Costa del Sol sunshine.
