Keely Jordan tackled the grueling 20-mile Grizzly in Devon, conquering 3,200ft of elevation, muddy trails, steep hills, and rugged stony beaches. This demanding multi-terrain race led runners over to Beer, up to Beer Head, and down into Branscombe.
From there, competitors faced the challenge of hills, bogs, and valleys high above the picturesque village. The return leg was equally tough, featuring a river crossing, a challenging beach section, and the infamous “Stairway to Heaven” before the final scenic stretch through Beer, finishing along Seaton Esplanade.
Keely crossed the finish line in an impressive 3 hours 33 minutes, securing 2nd place in her age group.
An incredible achievement in one of the UK’s toughest trail races—congratulations, Keely
