HRR’s Adam Hampton ran alongside more than 20,000 athletes from over 60 countries on Sunday when he took on the Dublin Marathon. The fast, flat course features many of Dublin's iconic landmarks and has great crowd support. Adam finished in 3:32.27 taking 17 minutes off his previous marathon PB set in Berlin only last month. Huge well done Adam.

Saturday morning saw the running of the Essex cross country relays at Weald Country Park near Brentwood. Halstead had 13 runners taking part in 4 teams over the 2 lap 6k course which had a couple of long, slow climbing hills on each lap.
