Rosie Atkins ran the Dedham 10k in 0:49:04 which is a new PB for her. Nicole Smith ran in the Sunset Chase 10k which is an off road race in the grounds of Ickworth House. She ran it in 0:56:33. Andy Wilmot ran Leilas Marathon which is an off road course in 4:57:00. A few HRR members took on the Mersea 5 and 10 races in extremely hot conditions.
