Andy Wilmot has been out running marathons again with the Suffolk Running Centre. On Saturday he completed in 4:49:00 and on Sunday in 4:57:00. Both were road marathons in breezy conditions. The Essex County Veterans Cross Country Championship race took place on Saturday at Writtle College. Competitors had to be 40+ to compete in the 5 mile race which was run around muddy fields. Sunday was a perfect day for racing.
