SUMMER HANDICAP SERIES
The Summer handicap races are a series of timed and measured events run over the summer months covering 5km, 5miles and 10km courses. Runners times are recorded and the best from each event added together to give a total time. The total time recorded this year is your target for next year and the winner of the series is the runner with the biggest minus time i.e. biggest improvement.
